15 Days of Optimism: Carrying Sunshine

It’s a cloudy day here, not that I mind, I’m a overly enthusiastic about clouds. But some people don’t like them. Sunshine is still wonderful though.

Sunshine is good for the healing and nourishing of the soul.

But you can still have sunshine with no visible sun. The quickest way to access sunshine is to Smile and Acknowledge the smiles of others.

Smile in Spanish is sonrisa. It was easy to remember because it looked similar to sun rise in English. 🙂

The activity for today is to count the smiles I see. And to let them warm me as I reflect my own sunshine.

Keep smiling. Keep shining.

Carrying sunshine,
