Up an Over

Up and Over

The edge of a window or bridge.

Cold. Metal. Pressed.

The lonely temple looks

Down the tunnel of an arm of fire

Preparing for the flash.

Cold. Metal.

The sharp blade peels

Back the casing of skin

Draining the lifeblood.

Mass Entrance

Of pills – many, many pills

Down, Down, Down.

The Water comes

Up, up, up-

Up and Over and In

Mouth, Nose, Eyes, Ears.

Up and Over

The quick trip into…
